Our Services

Ramos Peak Plumbing partners with builders, contractors, and homeowners on new construction, remodels, and additions throughout the Raleigh Durham area. As a veteran-owned business, we bring accountability, clear communication, and pride in our work to every project.

We understand that plumbing is one part of a larger schedule. From reviewing plans and coordinating rough-in to installing fixtures and preparing for final inspection, we work closely with your team to keep each phase moving. Our focus is quality workmanship, attention to applicable plumbing codes, and respect for your time and budget.

New Construction

A successful build starts with careful planning and coordination. Ramos Peak Plumbing works with builders to understand project plans, establish the plumbing scope, and coordinate installation with other trades. We communicate questions and potential conflicts early so your team can make informed decisions before work moves forward.

From water supply and drain, waste, and vent piping to fixture installation, we approach each phase with attention to detail. Whether you’re managing a residential build or planning your own new home, our goal is a plumbing system that serves the finished home well—and a working relationship you can count on throughout construction.

Remodels & Additions

Remodels and additions require thoughtful connections between existing plumbing and new spaces. We work with builders and remodeling contractors to assess existing conditions, plan plumbing changes, and coordinate the work with demolition, framing, and finish schedules.

Whether the project involves relocating fixtures, reconfiguring rooms, or extending plumbing into an addition, we explain the options and flag conditions that could affect the scope, cost, or timing. For occupied homes, we also coordinate water interruptions and treat the homeowner’s space with care.

Kitchens

Kitchen plumbing needs to support both the design and the way the space will be used. We coordinate with builders, remodelers, and homeowners on sink locations, water and drain connections, and fixture requirements before cabinets and countertops are installed.

For new kitchens and kitchen remodels, our work includes plumbing rough-in and final connections for sinks, faucets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and refrigerator water lines. We pay attention to placement and installation details so the plumbing works with the cabinetry, appliances, and finished layout.

Bathrooms

Careful plumbing coordination helps bring a bathroom’s design together. We work with your team to confirm fixture specifications and locations, coordinate rough-in with framing and finish requirements, and plan connections for sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs.

From a single bathroom remodel to multiple bathrooms in a new home, we focus on accurate placement, quality installation, and compliance with applicable plumbing codes. We help builders and homeowners address plumbing questions early, with the finished space’s function, comfort, and everyday use in mind.
